Seen and Hear hereinafter referred to us “HS”, “we”, “our”, “us”, commits to respect your right to privacy. We assure you that, when you share your Personal Data in the course of our interactions or dealing, we strive to comply with Philippines’ Data Privacy Act (“DPA”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (“IRR”), and other relevant government regulations and issuances. This is general statement on its data processing activities to notify Data Subjects of categories of Personal Data processed and the purpose and extent of processing. This is not a consent form but a notification how we processes Personal Data in its established practices and operations.
What personal data we collect from you?
We only collect the Personal Data needed to effectively serve you and carry out our operations and obligations. This may include your basic personal details such as name, age, birthday, address, nationality, contact information, contact of personal information of your relatives, guardian or next of kin. In some situations, we may also sensitive information for us to customize our services according to your needs.

Depending on a particular transaction and your preference, we collect your Personal Data through physically through various forms, attachments, and other documents; or electronically through electronic systems, electronic platforms, e-forms, email, or electronic submission of information directly through you or through your representatives.

What is our general policy on storage, transmission and transfer of Personal data collect from you?
Personal Data are stored in physical and electronic data processing systems managed by our groups, offices, and units. Physical records are generally stored in secured folders or envelopes in drawers or shelves. Electronic records are generally stored in servers in our possession or control, or in cloud storage that we control or availed from this site or Google Workspace. Personal Data are transmitted and transferred in accordance with Chapter III of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Rule V of its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
How long do we keep Personal Data?
Retention period for Personal Data we collect varies on the kind of transaction. We retain data in accordance with our retention policies, observing laws and government rules and regulations, and locally and internationally accepted practices and standards.
What are our policies on Cookies?

We use cookies on the website and associated domains of www.squarespace.com and on Squarespace web and mobile applications for the following purposes:

Seen and Heard Ads. We partner with third party publishers, advertising networks and service providers to manage our ads on other sites. For example, if you visit Seen and Heard and also use a social media platform, you may see a Seen and Heard ad in your social media newsfeed or timeline.
Opting Out. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services. We currently don’t respond to DNT:1 signals from browsers visiting our Services. You can also opt out of receiving interest-based ads from certain ad networks here (or if located in the European Union, here).
Device Identifiers. We use device identifiers on Seen and Heard web and mobile applications to track, analyze and improve the performance of the Services and our ads.
Third Party Tags. We use and manage third party tags on the website and associated domains of www.squarespace.com and on Squarespace web and mobile applications. Third party tags may take the form of pixels or tracking snippets. We use pixels to learn how you interact with our site pages and emails, and this information helps us and our ad partners provide you with a more tailored experience. We use tracking snippets to capture data from your browser, make requests to a third party partner or set cookies on your device to store data. For example, if you see a Squarespace ad on a social media platform and choose to use Squarespace, we may use a tag to reduce the number of Squarespace ads you see on that platform. We use Google Tag Manager to manage our third party tag usage. This may cause other tags to be activated which may, for their part, collect data and set cookies under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not store this data.
